-        Develop and define ESP/ABS product business strategy together with product areas owner

-        Overall responsible for ESP/ABS product roadmap and portfolio management

-        Lead market requirement study with focusing on ESP products and new biz models  

-        Support pre-selling activities in ESP product areas

-        Drive overall ESP product benchmark activities together w. engineering and sales

Responsible for ESP relevant regulations consultant to customer team

-        Master degree & above in Engineering or Business Administration

-        5+ year experience in product management or engineering

-        Experience with leadership role in project or engineering topics

-        Experience with introduction of new product or system in Chinese market

-        Good understanding about automotive business and strong business sense

-        Strong communication skills and coordination capability

-        Good analytical skills with strong visualization competences

-        Task and result oriented with strong desire for success
