Drive the digitalization transforming of the factory Responsible for lean digital training which including courses development, tools and knowledge sharing etc. Responsible for lean digital projects to increase the productivity and improve the quality. Build up the global network of LDF (lean digital factory) within Siemens factories, to learn and share the best practices. Who are we looking for? Master or Doctor degree Minimum of 6 months of international experiences either through studying, working, or living Flexibility and mobility especially within the duration of program Fluent English Major Preferred in Industry engineering, automation or computer information technology Other Requirements (Please specify) · Have the knowledge of lean principle and digitalization.
