F&B Captain

Under the guidance and supervision of the Restaurant Manager, and within the limits of the established Mövenpick Resort Tala Bay policies and OSM (Operational Standards Manual), his/her responsibilities are to provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service and to practice up-selling techniques. To work with a team spirit and to ensure that each guest leaves the Outlet fully satisfied and with the wish to return back

What you will be doing:

The Security Agent’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Is responsible for his/her station or section in terms of service and guest satisfaction.
• Directs the waiter/tress for an efficient service.
• Enhances the guest satisfaction by dealing with them professionally.
• Handles the guest complaints and requests of the station or section.
• Interacts with Outlet guests professionally
• Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
• Performs as per OSM Standards, and in line with the 7 hospitality issues and 4 corner stones.
• Proper grooming at all times
• To attend training classes as per schedule

Your experience and skills include:

• VTC or hospitality collage graduate or any related education
• Very good experience
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
