We are looking for a Linux Administrator with 2-4 years of relatable experience to join our team, someone who is used to installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux operating systems.  The successful candidate will analyse and resolve problems associated with the operating system's servers, hardware, applications, and software. You will monitors system performance and ensure compliance with security standards. 

Main Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve problems associated with the operating system's servers, hardware, applications, and software
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, administration, and support of server back-end infrastructure based on Linux, LAMP and Apache Tomcat
• Administration of user access permissions to web-applications and services
• System and data backup and system recovery procedures
• Maintaining server inventory and license management
• 2nd level support for all the technical areas specified above
• Implementation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of system and data backup, restore, backup archiving and system recovery procedures
• Implementation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of data replication
• Development and update of technical documentation
• Meet and exceed all metrics in server operation service level and operational performance
• Proactive in improvement of service, process streamlining, and cost optimisation
• Interaction, negotiation and coordination of vendor services
