1.     To participate important project activities and to identify potential quality risks and awear project team to define and take preventive measure in advance.

2.     Monitor quality related activites defined in project Quality Assurance Plan.

3.     Performing project QG / RE to make sure a non-risk release especially for customer. 

4.     Following up defined critical measures from QG and RE until closure.

5.    To participate in important project meeting like project Kick-off, Requirements review, Test spec review etc.

6.    Leading quality related process improvement to support the organization CIP on cost saving, more effenciency and better quality.

7.    Sharing the lesson learnt cross the team.

8.    Supporting to prepare Bosch Launch as well as Customer Launch.

9.    Supporting for problem solving in a structured way (8D).

o   Have some experience on SW development or electric development.

o   Be preactive, open mind and good cooperation.

o   Be risk oriented awearness.

o   Familiar with ASPICE.

o   Have quality knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF16949.
