Job Description
Sales Trainee x2 This is a twelve (12) months training programme to gain experience as a Sales Professional: What are the responsibilities for the role? (What does the programme involve?) Contact medical professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and medical technicians to offer them products and services via calls and arranged meetings) Developing long-term relationships with existing customers and building new ones Conduct surveys to identify potential customers and target market for specific products/services Prepare and present business proposals to clients to indicate interest in providing sales offer Deliver sales pitches to convince clients to order or purchase medical products/services Provide demonstration of products to highlight its qualities and efficacy Assist with Admin responsibilities Through exposure and training on: Customer Service in the Medical environment Management Decision-Making Introductory technology Internal tools, equipment, and processes improvements Including development and training on: Interpersonal & communication skills Organizational & management skills Sales and Application Introductory technology Who do I need to qualify? Qualified Medical technologist (Diploma in Medical Technology) with 1 year experience Valid driver’s licence Proficient in excel and outlook Speak English fluently Own transport essential Must be willing to travel Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Proprietary Limited Experience Level: Recent College Graduate Full / Part time: Full-time
