Siemens Healthineers are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join their Healthcare Diagnostics business based at the well-established and modern facility in Llanberis, located next to Snowdonia National Park. The facility manufactures and distributes reagents for in-vitro diagnostic medical devices used in hospitals worldwide to aid the diagnosis of medical conditions. The role offers a wide scope for flexible working, as well an attractive salary and benefits package. This role can be based from home or our site at Llanberis. This is a 21 month fixed term contract. The Quality Assurance Officer will help achieve and sustain a focus on a commitment to quality across all functions to consistently fulfil the expectations and needs of internal customers and customers in the global marketplace. This is accomplished through the effective implementation of policies, procedures and practices that are aligned with objectives, imperatives and effective interactions with the leaders and key stakeholders in other functions of the organisation. If you were already in this Quality Assurance Officer role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week: Day to Day Overview, troubleshooting and maintenance within the system Responsible for quality checks on Documentum change requests (IRDM) Reviewing, processing and distributing Change Controls Approval and distribution of the symbology based on Label Masters. To apply for this Quality Assurance Officer position, you will need an understanding of Quality techniques and best practices relating to: Document Control, Change Management, CAPA, Archiving, Product Labels and Kit Literature You will also require the following: Understanding of the Immuno diagnostic product realisation process Problem solving skills The use of statistical techniques for data analysis.
