Job Summary:

• Maintain production process of assembly line, optimize process standards;
  维护生产线工艺, 更新工艺标准
• Evaluate feasibility of new process equipment/fixture and analyzing product quality
  评估新工艺设备/工装的可行性, 产品的质量分析
• Analysis process parameters/optimization
  分析和优化工艺参数

Job Responsibilities：

• Participate in new project planning; provide suggestion about manufacturing resource arrangement such as personnel, site, material flow etc. Implement relevant items with manager’s confirmation after project started.
  参与新项目的规划，对新项目涉及的人员、场地、物流等资源安排提出建议，项目成立后经主管经理确认实施相关事宜。
• Participate in evaluating feasibility of equipment/fixture related to new product (project).(Co-operation with TEF people)
  参与新产品(项目)相关的设备/工装方面的可行性评估（与TEF 合作 ）
• Coordinate assembly line installation and try-out
  协调生产线设备的安装、调试。
• Maintain production process of assembly-line, keep machine running smoothly and steadily
  维护生产线工艺，保证设备有稳定的工艺能力
• According to MKS2) system/EC3) updated process standard, make change record and inform related people.
  根据MKS2)系统及工程更改单维护/更新工艺标准，做好相应记录并及时通知相关人员。
• Keep close co-operation with TEF people.
  保持与TEF 的紧密合作。
• Participate in analyzing product quality.
  参与产品质量分析。
• Participate in new assembly-line project.
  参与新生产线项目的展开。
• Participate in Kaizen4) team (Bosch worldwide) meeting.
  参与Kaizen4) team（Bosch worldwide）会议。
• Organize and induct team member make CIP for operation and quality, reduce manufacturing cost, improving quality and satisfying customer’s requirements.
  组织引导生产人员对作业流程和质量进行持续改进。降低生产成本, 提高质量, 达到客户满意的要求。
• Assign personnel to create and modify related procedure and working instruction according to quality system requirement.
  根据质量体系要求组织编写相关流程和作业指导书。
• Accept the assignment from section manager.
  接受主管经理的任务安排。
• New product project introduction specific preparation (test bench and EOL program preparation and parameter setting)
  新产品项目导入的准备工作(测试和在线编程程序准备及参数设置)

Authority：

1. Process data monitoring, analysis and optimization
2. Drive process improvement in structured way
3. Leading problem solving activities

• Bachelor degree in automotive engineeringbackground or related.
  车辆工程或其他工程类本科毕业。
• More than 4 years experience in process CIP or product engineering fields in automotive industry.
  4 年以上汽车行业工艺过程改善或产品工程领域的工作经验
• Demonstrated decision making.
  具有决策能力。
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point.
  熟悉计算机和办公自动化软件操作。
• od English communication skill.
  良好的英文交流能力。
• Ability to cooperate and coordinate.
  善于合作与协调。
• AFluent English communication skills.
  流利的英文沟通能力.
