• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications

• Minimum 10 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface

• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential

• Experience in mixed-use and residential projects will be an advantage

• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage

• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture)
