Job Responsibilities:
- deliver/facilitate reading club activities
 - grading children's work and conducting tests to gauge children's progress
 - offer feedback/suggestions to children/parents; communicate effectively to children/parents 
 - support and contribute to content development by offering inputs and feedback
Job requirements:
 - Bachelor's degree or above; native level speaker
- being able to deliver learning objectives set out by the club 
 - being able to engage students while applying differentiated techniques
 - experience of leading reading club group activities
 - knowledge of phonics preferred; native speaker preferred
 - a team player who will proactively collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
