Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the sales target, formulate the sales strategy and plan, and be responsible for the implementation of the sales plan and the achievement of the sales target;
2. Through in-depth analysis of competitors and competing products, compare product advantages and marketing models, tap characteristic resources and values, and formulate sales plans that meet the responsible area;
3. Responsible for market research, product analysis, research and monitoring of potential competitive products, and provide market expansion proposals and product proposals;
4. Responsible for customer mining, demand development, follow-up and analysis, complete customer research in the sales process, typical customer analysis, business negotiation, contract signing and contract performance, relationship maintenance and other work;
5. Cooperate with the export department to complete the marketing activities in overseas regions and expand the company's brand influence;
6. Participate in exhibitions and visit customers.
job requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, in marketing, international trade, business English, etc., those with excellent ability can major in unlimited;
2. More than 3 years sales management experience in overseas markets;
3. Strong market development ability, high market sensitivity, excellent resource integration ability, good communication skills and team building ability, able to withstand certain work pressure and complete various indicators;
4. Familiar with overseas audio, headphone, and peripheral product market sales experience, with overseas sales channel construction experience and brand promotion experience;
5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English;
6. Those who have independent work or life experience in the United States are preferred.

2.通过对竞争对手与竞品分析的深入分析,比对产品优势和和营销模式,挖掘特色资源和价值,制定符合负责区域的销售计划;
3.负责市场调研、产品分析,对潜在竞争产品进行研究与监控,提供市场拓展的建议书和产品建议书;
4.负责客户挖掘、需求开发、跟进和分析工作,完成销售进程中的客户调研,典型客户分析,商务谈判、合同签订及合同履行,关系维护等工作;
5.配合出口部完成海外区域的市场推广活动,扩大公司品牌影响力;
6.参加展会及拜访客户。
任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易,商务英语等,能力优秀者可专业不限;
2、3年以上海外市场销售管理经验;
3、市场开拓能力强,市场敏感度高,具备优秀的资源整合能力、良好的沟通技巧和团队建设能力,能承受一定得工作压力,完成各项指标;
4、熟悉海外音响、耳机、及周边产品市场销售经验,具有海外销售渠道建设经验和品牌推广经验;
5、中英文听说读写流利;
6、有在美国独立工作或生活经验者优先考虑。
