PRIMARY FUNCTION: To act as a Service Engineer for the Finnish Service team in Eastern Finland focusing on the UPS systems maintenance tasks such as commissioning, repair, battery replacement and preventive maintenance. Provides Services to other areas as well such as Energy Storage & power distribution. Managing warranty cases for power distribution. Acts as a S1 Electrical Works Supervisor in Medium Voltage works. Works also in service in other Nordic countries as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Acts ethically and according to Eaton Values & Philosophy following the company rules and policies (such as EBS) B. Ensures business strategy implementation and goal achievement in his own area of responsibility C. Develops actively his own work, skills and competencies D. Takes full responsibility for occupational health and safety ensuring safety rules, policies and regulations are followed at all times E. Is committed to perform high quality in all conditions F. Creates and maintains good personal relationships within own team and other organisation G. Arranges continuous improvement activities such as Kaizens FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER ROLE: A. Performs work ordered by the customer in accordance with all related instructions B. Collaborates with Finnish Sales teams to assure customer satisfaction C. Collaborates with Service logistics D. Independently takes care of the practical matters in service works E. Performs on-call service tasks in his area of responsibility F.Takes care of the company's property in accordance with the instructions G. Participates the development of service functions H. Collaborates with Nordic Service organization PROJECT ENGINEER ROLE: A. Executes the Energy Storage and Medium Voltage delivery projects in Finland according to our system sales process B. Schedules the site activities (such as commissioning, installations) C. Is responsible for practical project management at site: such as project meetings, contractor meetings D. Participates Project Team meetings E. Ensures project profitability starting from opportunity review F. Collaborates with Nordic Service Organizations G. Collaborates with Finnish System Sales team to assure customer satisfaction H. Acts as a S1 Electrical Works Supervisor in Medium Voltage deliveries and works. Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Strong electrical background, suitable education Bsc, electrical.
