Job Description

Responsibilities:

·        Perform credit check review and release orders

·        Perform cash application according to remittance details in a timely basis

·        Provide invoices to customers in variant approaches

·        Perform month end closing activities as per closing timetable

·        Ensure overdue receivables to be followed up regularly

·        Collaborate with cross function teams internally to resolve disputes with customers

·        Monitor and escalate potential credit risks; provision against doubtful debts according to group accounting policy

·        Ensure credit control processes and procedures in compliant with group policy and SOX requirements.

·        Other tasks related to credit control function

Qualifications

Requirements:

·        Bachelor degree

·        2-5 years' relevant experience in multinational company or share service center

·        Excellent Chinese, English communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross functions in organization and customer facing capability

·        Strong problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and independently

·        Experience with Oracle system and skillful in Microsoft Office
