-  Responsible for motor drive product HW development, test, analysis and verification，resolve HW problems.

   负责公司电机驱动产品的硬件研发、设计,测试，分析和验证，发现和解决硬件问题；

-  Responsible for motor drive product HW schematic, debug and test.

  负责电机驱动硬件电路的原理图，调试测试，进行相应实验；

- Analysis customer EMC requirement, estimate EMC risks, and provide measurable solution from variant perspective, e.g. circuit, Mechanic, layout, etc.

  分析和解读客户EMC需求及试验标准，评估整体的EMC风险，从电路、结构及layout等多角度制定可量产化的EMC解决方案；

- responsible for EMC design and test, deliver test report and complete EMC verification；

  负责新产品EMC设计和整机测试整改，输出对应报告,  完成零部件级EMC验收；

- Close cooperation with international development teams.

   与国际化团队的密切合作。

 - Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

  本科或以上学历，电子或相关专业；

- 6 years HW development experience, Independently bring product to SOP.

 6年硬件开发经验，能独立完成项目开发到量产；

- Experience in high voltage motor drive, MOSFET, PWM Drive design.

  熟悉高压马达驱动，MOSFET，PWM驱动等。

- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit.

  积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

- English written and verbal, German speaking is a plus.

  英语听说读写流利，有德语能力更佳；

- Willingness to work and interact in international teams.

  积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用
