Job Description: Define business strategies, measures and implement them to grow at OEM (Machine Builders) in the branches of plastics, packaging, wood & glass, textile as well as renewable energy industries. Be the Siemens automation solution advisor for OEM key accounts for both the market and technology view. Understand user requirements and be able to assist customers reaching the goal, or, even drive the digitalization transformation. Be the coordinator to communicate between customer, partners, sales, technical support team and headquarter in Germany. Lead the marketing activities (e.g., events , exhibitions) to promote Siemens solutions to the target branches and customers. Job Requirements: The role requires a solid understanding of both business and technology in automation market. With high ownership to coordinate business tasks independently, driving key account development. Bachelor degree, majoring in engineering, prefer Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 3-5 years or above working experience in automation industry, prefer with plastics, wood, packaging experience. Good in spoken and written Chinese and English.
