• Responsible for overall management of production activities and achieving production targets with required capabilities, yield and lead time.
• Implements and enforces quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
• Manages production budget
• Responsible for Planning and Manage operational resources of human, machines & maintenance, material & tools, and production methodology with SOP to meet production targets
• Optimizes the machining processes in terms of consistent quality and productivity.
• Oversees program and setup of complex jobs on various manual and CNC machines including Forging, Assembly and Testing, and Polishing machines.
• Creates and develops CNC, select tooling, tool list and set-up sheets.
• Responsible for development and implementation of appropriate cost control and cost reduction initiatives within responsible functions.
• Assists in the design and development of fixtures, special tools and other related devices for production which align with the manufacturing processes and plans in a collaborative environment with engineering and production.
• Responsible for Implementation of SPC in critical areas to improve and sustain process capabilities.
• Oversees planning for new product development process, selection of machines, tools, fixtures, and inspection methods.
• Responsible for ensuring strict adherence of all company manufacturing standards/methods and policies.
• Responsible for development, justification, and implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives in quality, productivity, efficiency, capacity and safety.
• Implements and develops manufacturing processes and departmental SOPs.
• Manages staff selection, performance, development and training processes to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations
