Eaton Electric Poland projects (samples): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6u-3LgRBA4k&list=PL8XobqCtN9Z_KzoHqR699_jcDjK8c9MaD&index=54 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rMs9ZarTfDs&list=PL8XobqCtN9Z_KzoHqR699_jcDjK8c9MaD&index=63 We are currently looking for candidates for the position of: Administration Assistant Location: Warszawa, Poland Main challenges on this position are to: Warsaw office management – reception management, documents flow, correspondence management, office cost management, suppliers’ management, cooperation with building owner, office facilities management etc. provide administrative support for Country Manager and Leadership Team, travel arrangements, appointments scheduling, meetings and trainings organization, coordinate and prepare reports, presentation materials, minutes of meeting, expenses claims, etc support for internal and external communication, support for car fleet management. Qualifications Qualifications: bachelor/master’s degree, experience on similar position, knowledge of systems (SAP), MS Office, Word, Excel high level of interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills, highly motivated, self-starter able to work in changing environment, with high level of l time-management skills, driving license type B, fluency in Polish and English. As a member of our team, you can count on: Stable employment based on full-time employment contract.First contract – yearly duration. Next, if both parties agree, a contract for indefinite period.
