Job Summary Responsable de realizar el proceso de pago de nómina así como el cumplimiento a las obligaciones fiscales y laborales que este proceso tales como declaración anual de salarios, pagos de PTU, Aguinaldo, Fondo de ahorro y demás beneficios a los empleados. Además de liderar eventos y proyectos de mejora continua para el área. Job Responsibilities Llevar a cabo la preparación y contabilización de la nómina semanal de personal sindicalizado y quincenal del de confianza así como de nóminas especiales (Prestaciones, Pago de Finiquitos, Indemnizaciones, etc.) Verificar la aplicación correcta de las deducciones tales como FONACOT, INFONAVIT, Prestamos a empleados, pensiones alimenticias, caja de ahorro, Porvenir Eaton, etc.; Validar las deducciones para preservar el concepto legal en lo que a deducciones se refiere, en los casos que los descuentos superen el salario del empleado(a). Validación de los conceptos gravados y exentos de la nómina semanal así como el impuesto a retener. Verificar razonabilidad en los pagos de salarios con respecto a la nómina inmediata anterior para evitar pagos equivocados. Procesar de forma mensual el pago a instituciones como FONACOT, IMSS, 2% sobre nómina. Ejecutar mensualmente o bimestralmente el proceso de pago de contribuciones de seguridad social y amortizaciones de créditos INFONAVIT, así como la verificación de Salario diario integrado base para los cálculos. Ejecutar periódicamente pagos extraordinarios a todos los empleados como son el pago de fondo de ahorro a los empleados. aguinaldos, PTU y cálculo de bonificaciones, cuando aplique. Ejecutar anualmente la declaración de sueldos, verificando la integridad de la información así como los impuestos retenidos entregado un reporte individual a los empleados que lo requieran. Solventar todo tipo de requerimientos de asuntos referentes a la nómina por parte de la autoridad como puede ser la SHCP, IMSS e INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc. Soportar todo tipo de auditorías internas e internas (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Estados financieros, etc.) Liderar y proponer eventos y/o procesos de mejora continua. #LI-SL4 Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Título universitario comprobable Years and area of experience required: 3 años de experiencia en maquila de nómina y experiencia en proyectos o mejora continua en el área. Technical knowledge: Conocimiento de sistemas de nómina(Tress,Oracle,SUA) Conocimiento de materia legal en cálculo de nómina. Inglés conversacional Proficient in MS Office /Excel, able to develop spread sheets.
