With our fantastic remote working policy, the position will be a combination of remote and our Nottingham office. What part will you play? You will drive the agreed time and scope of project deliverables with project managers and ensure delivery to the highest standards. Communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders to document and manage business requirements and undertake business and process modelling. Analyse a wide variety of information to ensure that business objectives are clearly articulated and delivered. Take a lead role in defining the approach and plans for requirement gathering and traceability throughout the project life cycle. Work closely with the IT community (including development, testing and release disciplines) to ensure that requirements are understood and managed. Sector experience (desirable) - has worked in the Energy and/or Utilities sector with knowledge of UK energy industry, Smart Metering, Smart Grid, Asset Management, Field Services, Resource Planning Have experience in managing and leading workshops to capture customer requirements. What does it take to be successful in this role? You will have an extensive experience providing expertise, advice and analysis in Functional and Non-Functional requirements to support the project business needs, ideally within the Energy and/or Utilities industry. As a fantastic stakeholder manager at all levels, you will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders by becoming an advocate for their needs and building up a trust which will enable you to influence their decisions. You will also have an analytical approach to problem solving and experience in working full project life cycles (SDLC)! You will also have: Excellent communication and influencing skills. Great time management and prioritisation of work load. Effective change management. The ability to provide accurate estimates. We’ve got quite a lot to offer. How about you?
