Primary functions are facility management on the new site and facility related EHS matters. During the first year the main focus is on leading facility related matters on New factory project and current factory Facility management and refurbishment. Job Responsibilities Facility Management: manage Property Management Agency (Isännöitsijä), other facility service providers* and communication to landlord. Collect needs & defects from the business & employees and ensure they are acted on by Property Management Agency. EHS management for facility: manage safety & security processes related to facility including MOCs(Management of Change) on changes, Ensuring compliance of facility(permits, documents, municipal & fire department audits). Responsible the management of all facilities within the unit including maintenance, construction, and renovations. Evaluates policies and programs for existing and/or new facilities. Works with top management in the finalization of these policies. Budget responsibility. New Factory Project responsibilities: Ensure that local regulatory, insurance company and Eaton specific requirements concerning the facility are implemented throughout the new site building project, responsible for part of the move plan & deactivating the current site, manage MOCs during move. Participate on meetings with Construction company on planning and also on construction site meetings(työmaakokous) Take responsibility for current facility to certain degree (TBD), like Emergency Preparedness and Security Champion roles. Service providers include also facility insurance, security, canteen & cleaning with HR and contractors for construction work, water & wastewater. Qualifications Qualifications Preferred education level: Bachelor of Science on an appropriate subject. Years and area of experience required: Min. 5 years’ experience on facilities and safety topics.
