Job Description
Job responsibilities:

1. Serve as HR consultant and partner of R&D business, provide HR support for organizational development, regularly conduct organizational inventory, and provide effective solutions and implementation for business departments in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary, employee relations, etc;

2. Actively carry out various forms of contact and effective communication with the management, frontline supervisors and employees of the GS Division to ensure the effective transmission of information at different levels:

3. Conduct employee interviews, master employee dynamics and personal needs, and assist the department in carrying out employee care activities and training;

4. Promote the change at the company level in the business department, and be responsible for improving the system, process and system of human resources in the business department; Improve the operation efficiency of human resources;

5. Have insight into the business, quickly learn and promote the development of the business team, assist the department in optimizing the internal organizational structure, improve the cohesion of the team, and improve the stability of the core staff.

6. Inherit the company culture, carry forward values, build communication channels, and ensure the sustainable and healthy growth of the organization;



Employment criteria:

1.5 years or more of human resources work experience, rich experience in recruitment/performance management/employee relations/organizational development and other modules.

2. Have good business understanding and insight, be able to form a deep understanding from the perspective of external market+internal business, and carry out HR work planning and corresponding solutions;

3. Be sensitive to people and organizations, be able to conduct organization personnel diagnosis, and develop effective solutions for problems and promote implementation;

4. Affinity; Be able to diagnose and design from the perspective of organizational culture and team building, and promote the improvement of organizational energy;

5. Excellent communication, coordination and relationship building ability, capable of working in a multi task and multi role environment;

6. Strong self driving force, strong ability to adapt quickly, learn and resist pressure. Years of work experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.
