Job Description
1.开发新代理商与医生资源,完成背景调查,公司推介等工作
Develop new distributors and doctors, conduct due diligence, roadshow and other related tasks
2.制定区域销售策略,达成销售目标
Develop regional sales strategies to achieve sales goals
3.根据国家市场情况,协助制定国际注册计划
Cooperate with international registration team to develop registration plans
4.协同国际市场团队收集新区域市场与产品信息
Cooperate with international marketing team to collect marketing and product information of the industry in new markets
5.代理商客情维护,定期联系或拜访
Manage cusomer relationship, visit customer on a regular basis
6.代理商日常工作处理,包括订单相关工作、招投标、商务文件处理、手术信息收集工作等
Manage routine work with distributors, including order peocessing, bid operation, business document processing, operation information collection, etc.
7.根据市场需求或代理商情况,组织安排代理商培训
Organize channel training programs according to demand
8.定期与代理商同步市场动态与法规变化,实时与国际市场团队与注册团队同步Regularly synchronize market trends and regulatory changes with distributors, international market teams or registration teams in real-time
9.定期维护重点客户,确保市场活动执行并解决客户问题
Liaise with KOL's and high value customers on a regular cadence to ensure the planned marketing activities solve key issues for the customers
10.响应国际医生培训或科研需求,根据具体需求组织国内或国外培训或科研项目
Response to the training or scientific research needs of international doctors, and organize domestic or overseas training or scientific research projects with relevant department according to specific needs
11.采集并协助分析患者数据
Collect and assist in the analysis of patient data
12.特殊患者的跟进、术后管理、患者关爱等工作
Regularly follow up with key patients, including daily communication, post-operative management, patient care, etc.
13.跟踪国际形势,监视各国贸易法规等变动,反馈相关部门响应
Monitor international situation and changes in trading or ragulatory policies of different countries, and report to relevant department
