Job Duty：
1. Sell business application software / solutions and related services to potential and existing customers;
2. Responsible for the active development of regional business and customers: comprehending customer needs & providing comprehensive and valuable solutions;
3. Actively collect customer information and identify potential growth areas to achieve sustainable business development;
4. Responsible for the maintenance of existing customer resources, business negotiation, payment recovery and the new customer development;
5. Promote internal & external cross-departmental communication and cooperation to achieve sales targets.

Post requirements：
1. Malaysian Chinese, familiar with English, Chinese and Malay.
2．At least 3 years sales experience, familiar with ITO/ operator field, banking and finance industry is preferred.
3．Previous experience in Pactera, Tech-Machi, Wipro is preferred.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Strong ability to drive self sales
5. Sales Director level can be given to those with strong sales ability and team leadership experience.
