We are looking for an intern to join our Process Planning team for 6 months starting January 2020.Our department is responsible for assembly process planning and special tooling planning for Plant Oxford. For new vehicle launches we set up the relevant processes, plan the necessary tooling and create the required process documentation that would be necessary for production.

• Support the Process Planning Team with:
• Reviewing, monitoring and tracking project schedules
• Coordinating and steering of the implementation of new assembly jigs and assembly PQM points
• Defining and steering of line trials to verify functionality of new assembly processes
• Analysing and monitoring the tact time changes over time for the new derivatives
• Reviewing and monitoring of current project status
• Preparing and conducting meetings and presentations (Team meetings and the Planning circle)
• Having good communication skills
• Having an analytical mind-set
