Position Overview: The primary function of this position is to develop, consolidate, and maintain the tracking and reporting of critical business metrics related to Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering. This position will assume full ownership of the analytical processes within the department and will drive improvements within the organization. This position will also report out on metrics that will be used to improve decision making and further optimize prioritizations within the team leading to the improved allocation of resources. In this function you will: Develop, track and report out on key metrics related to Quality Operations productivity and processes Projected material shortages PO exception messages in SAP PO Acknowledgements Aged and Past due purchase orders COGIS errors in SAP Material shortages and root cause analysis by value stream OH Inventory and DOH Cost out Coordinate weekly staff meeting with leadership team to report out on analysis Drive continuous improvement through identifying opportunities for improvement within the Supply Chain team and providing recommendations SAP material coding activities Perform other ad-hoc analysis as assigned Complete other projects as assigned When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. *MSJA #LI-ED2 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business field from an accredited university Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
