Project management: customer use case analysis; providing product introduction and solutions; production demo to customers; managing project timeline to meet project milestones; periodical business review with customers.
Customer technical support: pre-sale product introduction, test setup and configuration support, resolving technical problems, and supporting business partner.

Pre-sale product management and maintenance: feature validation on a regular basis and feature summarization; managing and maintaining required software installation package and configurations.

Requirements：

Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Computer Software, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines in science and engineering.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in IT of virtualization, server, storage, network, etc.
Experience in setting up Windows Server Domain Controller, Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL/Rocky Linux, Firewall/DNS/Network configuration/RPM packaging.
Experience with server and desktop virtualization and public/private cloud deployments - VMware, Citrix, Nutanix, Microsoft Azure/AVD, Amazon AWS EC2/G2, Google Cloud, OpenStack, Cloud Foundry.
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts. Priority will be given to candidate with hands-on experiences in VMware ESxi/Workstation, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/Alibaba.
Excellent team player. Being able to communicate well with internal team members and external clients as project progresses. Experiences in project management is desirable.
Being openminded and positive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
Prior working experience in cloud computing industry such as AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud/Sangfor/Tencent Cloud is desirable.
