Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to assist researching, coordinating and implementing HRMS upgrades or fix in Test and Production environments, document changes and testing results
  • Assists developing, debugging, and implementing HRMS including reports, interfaces, maintain tables and data fixes
  • Actively monitor data integrity and correct problems as they occur
  • Continually seek and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute complex custom reports
  • Researches and resolves HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. 
  • Use project management skills in managing projects. Provide overall project management for any given HRMS initiative. 
  • Maintain documentation of all HRMS applications including business and functional specs

  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
