Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented! In this role you will be part of the project management team in Egypt. You will actively support the project management activities. • Evaluation of customer requirements and contractor market developments. • Evaluation of customer specifications. • Analysis and valuation of risk potentials and development of solutions to minimize those risks. • Proposal engineering: preparation of affiliated documents e.g. reports, workshop drawings, customers questionnaire, deviations, Cost calculation and Etc. • Design and calculation of civil installations and equipment, systems and components, preparation of affiliated documents e.g. reports, drawings, application of design- and calculation tools. • Preparation of technical specifications and inquiry documentation. Analysis and valuation of potential contractors offers. • Preparation of contract documents. Participation in plant layout process, engineering and optimization of interfaces, participation in design review process. • Review of contractors engineering, manufacturing- and quality documentation and approve for manufacturing. • Expediting and quality supervision of contractors manufacturing. Coordination of the preparation of customer documentation • Coordination of contractors with project- and site requirements. Approve contractors supply and services, monitor acceptance tests and trial run. • Coordination of civil activities for Distribution Control centers, often based on own analysis of the existing buildings especially in the field of plant refurbishment. • Ensure that the Civil Contractor constructs the Civil and building works in line with the design and applicable specifications. • Conducting regular site meetings with subcontractor(s) for availability of required material and resources. • Responsible for keeping Project Manager informed about program and actual construction status on site. • Verification of Civil and building Subcontractor Bill of Quantities and valuations in line with purchase order. Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid! • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting management. • Bachelor’s degree in related area is preferred (BA). • Excellent command of written and spoken English. • Analytical thinking, excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills are required. • Very good command of MS Office applications.
