Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design management of the assigned project, such as to assist the Project Director and Project Manager to formulate project schedule and budget plan; as well as to ensure the project is implemented as approved and scheduled.

  • Responsible for the resource management of the assigned projects, such as to assist the Project Director and Project Manager in organizing design team to promote and complete the assigned tasks.

  • Responsible for the quality management of the assigned projects, such as to assist the Project Director and Project Manager to create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements, to manage the quality of project deliverables and final results.

  • Responsible for the production management of the assigned projects, such as to produce drawings, presentation materials, design reports, and other relevant documents which are required as day-to-day design process and deliverables as per contracts of the assigned projects.

  • Other tasks assigned by people manager.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or related majors.

  • At least 5 years’ working experience in conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction design for the projects like mix-used, residential, commercial offices, retail, hospitality and public buildings, proven experience in medium to large scale projects is highly preferred.

  • Experience of basement scheme design or master plan design.

  • Be familiar with the project setup procedures and its design requirements.

  • Experienced of scheme bidding, be familiar with bidding procedures and the in-depth requirements of schematic design.

  • Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, PKPM, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and management software such as Microsoft Office and Project, Bluebeam, Acrobat, etc.

  • Participated or taken charge of the whole architecture design process in a project.

  • Candidates with awarded projects are preferable.

  • Good communication skills and team spirit with internal teams and external clients.

  • Well organized and highly responsive.

  • Proficient in writing and speaking both Chinese and English.

  • Portfolio attached is a must.
