This exciting role offers the opportunity to: Deployment of MESH to support a Zero Incident Culture. Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the operations function, including manufacturing, planning, quality and application engineering, as required by EBS. Optimizes utilization of human and equipment assets against appropriate performance measures and develops a plan of plant capacity for a short-term and long-term strategy to meet customer demand. Ensure required documentation/process and/or system transactions are executed to meet customer, manufacturing system and financial reporting requirements. Analyze the budget and identify areas in which reductions can be made, and allocates the operating budget. Develops meaningful and strategic functional performance matrices and hold accountability to drive continuous improvement. Enhance team's capability and improve succession plan to meet business growth needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technical Minimum 15 years related and progressive experience, at last 8 years experiences in a Manager role Solid knowledge of Lean system and Six sigma/Manufacturing and business systems, and quality control systems Yes!
