Responsibility:
1)Recruiting and staffing of oversea employees;
2)Manage affaires as employee on boarding, development and training
3)Manage employee’s compensation, benefits and welfare
4)Support HR Business Partner in local office in administration
5)Take care of employee relationship

Requirements:
1)native Spanish speaker with fluent Chinese
2)new graduates are also welcome
