The basic requirements for foreign teachers are:
1. Native English speaker with good English accent from the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are preferred; the pronunciation is standard.
2. Having the experiences as an English teacher for the adults more than 3 years; the teachers who have the teaching experiences in famous universities or education agencies are preferred.
3. Being familiar with both of Chinese culture and western culture. Fluency Chinese is preferred.
4. The teacher has a good command of distinctive teaching methods, has the ability to control the whole class, and teaches students according to their aptitude. Teaching style is flexible and interactive.
5. The teacher could complete the teaching plans, is punctual responsible and strong passion for education, and could work on teaching research and curriculum designing.
6. Either part-time or full-time; for full-time teacher, we will assist in the document handling of foreign expert certificate.
7. Salary is discussed personally.
