Archibat HR Asia is looking for Fluent German Speaking BD Manager for a famous international engineering consultancy firm in Shanghai.
This company provides construction PM to clients wishing to procure, build, expand or refurbish facilities.

Responsibility:
1    Support OBUM with annual business Plan and reports with specific responsibility, including financial responsibility, for his area of operations in accordance with the Plan and Budget.
2    Manage the operational process of OBU`s BD, ensuring all OBU BDs abide by the process and the proper adjustment of process to match with business requirement.
3    Coordinate the initiatives and tracking of all OBU`s BD activities; Host regularly BD meeting within your OBU to discuss the progress of BD efforts; Participate in monthly BD meeting with all BDs on BD activities, progress and achievement of BD KPI, namely qualified leads, proposals, wins and turnover generated against the Business Plan; Submit relevant monthly BD summary report to Head of BD covering the data of your BU and ensure the database is up-to-date.
4    Reporting: Maintain data and knowledge, including trends of the results of your OBU`s Business development efforts, including collation and presentation of data on source of and reasons for leads, proposals, losses and wins, as well as statistics relating to these. Ensure systematic and comparable collection of this data from your OBU Business Development team.
5    Establish and develop BD channels as well as build informal partnerships with strategic partners to increase customer results and to ensure that the ideal market penetration and sales performances are achieved.
6    Initiate research and analysis of the external market, competitors and internal development to ensure that a proactive business strategy and action tactic is deployed for the specific BU, as well as to input and develop creative commercial models to increase success chance of the specific BU.  
7    Lead, develop and  train your BD team (Executives and Interns) in order to ensure that they are well-motivated and equipped for current and future business challenges; Recruit/release BD Interns (in cooperation with Head of BD) as and when required, ensure staff  review is completed to programme by liaising with central HR.
8    Organize appropriate promotion activities such as seminars, workshops, conference and industry fair to build up SIP’s corporate brand and boost sales growth at a companywide level; Manage marketing budget within business plan
