Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
• Create/Analyze/use efficient & advanced test methodologies to gain the highest quality
• Build automated test frameworks, drive the invention and adopt tools for efficient way of working
• Test execution, results reporting and fault reporting/tracking
• Manage and optimize SW test assets
• Develop documentation, common practices & processes
• Advice/Transferring knowledge on test practices and processes
Key measures of success:
• Test execution with the required quality within given deadlines
• Test processes developed, documented and deployed
• Success in building/using automated test tools and frameworks
• Improvements of test frameworks in terms of efficiency, quality and lead-time

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and similar field
• Minimum 2+ years of working experience with a proven and consistent track record of results
• Solid, hands on experience on SW Testing & QA methodologies
• Expertise in software test automation
• High energy, desire to win and passion for quality
• Good communication and problem solving skills and ability to work under high pressure
• Passion for growth, development and strive for high performance
• Team worker with ability to engage and motivate highly professional people from diverse cultures to achieve set targets
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools & frameworks (E.g: JUnit, Monkeyrunner, Selenium)
• Scripting/programming/technology knowledge (python, Java, IOS, C# or any related)
• Embedded/Mobile SW testing knowledge
• Build test automation tools & frameworks
• Understanding software development life cycle & software development is a definite plus
