Requirement:
1.Native English speaker
2.More than one year working experience of English training for adults; experience of lessons for staffs in company is preferred
3.Outgoing, friendly and humor personality, good communication skill, proven ability to bring the initiative of all trainees into full play
4.Preferably humorous, energetic, and responsible
5.Good presentation skills
6.Well-groomed, good interpersonal skills and with confidence
7.Driven, motivated and possess a positive attitude.
Responsibility:
1.To design English lessons in accordance with the requirement of different teams
2.Develop training materials, training programs and conduct training seminars
3.Be responsible for English training for all staff in company
