Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1, determine the hotel overall business direction and management goal, leadership formulate rules and regulations and service operation plans, regulations at all levels of staff responsibilities and supervise the implementation
2, responsible for the overall business plan, organize the formulation of the company's annual, quarterly marketing strategy and measures, organize and arrange
3, establish and improve the hotel organization system, rationalization, streamlined, efficient, coordination between various departments and subordinate relationship
4, make good, unity of management team, lead by example, enhance the hotel's cohesive force
5, with people from all walks of life to maintain good public relations, set a good hotel image, and on behalf of the hotel to receive important guests other work assigned by the leadership of the company.

Qualifications:
1, foreigner, bachelor degree or above, major in hotel management major or related, skillfully use Chinese communication;
2, at least 5 years above experience in managing the international famous hotel general manager,;
3, a five-star hotel or working experience in well-known hotel management company. Familiar with high grade and resort hotel operation and management business, familiar with hotel daily operation and service standard;
4, the high-level government reception standards with good knowledge and experience;
5, with strong leadership skills, judgment and decision-making ability, public relations ability, good communication skill, business negotiation ability;
6, has the good professional ethics and professional spirit, have strong sense of responsibility and sense of belonging to the enterprise.
