Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Assist the MD to work in and outside of the office which includes but not limited to:

- Answering phone calls, print , fax, scan documents as customer requires
- Answer customer enquiries.
- Translation - Oral and Written
- Facilitate meetings for customer if necessary
- Book keeping (assist accountant), banking, bill paying.
- Purchase office supplies
- Hiring or interviewing
- Sourcing
- Assist others to register companies
- Marketing
- Other jobs

Job Qualifications:

- Native Chinese & fluent English (Written and Oral)
- Presentable
- Familiar with OFFICE software, has good ability of literal expression;
- Has good ability of public relation, negotiation, and communication, strong sense of analysing and solving problems, and affinity
- Be quick and serious in thinking, good at writing; has strong sense of responsibility, carefulness and strong ability of implementation;
- Can communicate in English without any barrier, has excellent communication ability of business English.
- Good teamwork spirit; be honest, reliable, on straight;
- Female

Job start date will be the end of June or beginning of July depending on our office renovation competition time.
