Position Overview The Finance and Performance Management(FPM) team at Siemens Mobility Limited is responsible for accurate reporting, forecasting and management of financial results. As an FPM intern the individual will have the unique opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in forecasting, reporting and closing. In addition to the day-to-day activities, the individual will be called upon to support with other special projects as directed. Responsibilities Support in preparing the forecast file for all the Bus input Assist with Goods Receipt Posting Prepare and submit journal entries in Blackline Assist with reviewing and analyzing financials and resolve any mis postings. Help with preparation of Budget Any other adhoc responsibilities that maybe assigned by the CFO or Manager Required Knowledge/ Skills / Education and Experience High School diploma and enrollment for a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 1-2 years of work experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Preferred advanced Excel knowledge, including power pivots and power queries Preferred experience using ERP system such as SAP Developed presentation and communication skills both written and verbal with ability to collaborate effectively Detail focused with experience and ability to manage multiple deliverables Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities Resourceful to achieve foals independently as well as work well in groups Ability to be self-driven through remote working environment Organization: Siemens Mobility Company: Siemens Mobility Limited Experience Level: Early Professional Full / Part time: Full-time Siemens is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
