We are looking forward to a Senior Service Engineer in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Shanghai, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Cooperate with power monitoring, energy management, smart IoT products development and supply chain management; Be responsible for the preparation and update of various product documents; Learn and apply Eaton's related products, cooperate with the product manager to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, as well as technical clarification and Q&A; Responsible for the management, implementation and maintenance of EMS projects to meet customer's requirement; Organize offline and online installation, product application, software application and other guidance and training for internal employee and customer. Qualifications Familiar with equipment and software related to IOT, and experience in communication protocols in the electrical industry Skilled in SCADA, energy management software application Experience in process automation (DCS, PLC, etc.) Yes!
