The role of Executive Assistant – EVP and Chief Supply Chain Officer supports the effective functioning of the office of the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the Company, to create bottom-line impact by driving cost management and operational benefits. The role is responsible for providing administrative support across key SCM activities, proactively working with key stakeholders to instill operational discipline, coordinating record management to meet internal and external reporting requirements, preparing management reports, presentations and reviews etc. This role supports VP through tor Executive VP level leaders with diary management, travel and expenses and event management. In this function you will: Work with complex executive calendar meeting management involving high volume/complexity, frequent reprioritization and the ability to strategically prioritize access to your executive, in collaboration with the global Admin Team. Proactively anticipate executive needs and able to work independently to make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the executive. Work with end-to-end complex international travel planning, including proactive adjustments to drive efficiencies. Coordinate processing of expenses compliantly in line with policy and budget. Create, organize and maintain efficient workflow processes in terms of projects and assignments. Understand business goals and be able to manage the needs of stakeholders while effectively prioritizing the agenda of the SVP SCM. Navigate and work across a highly matrixed company, through strong collaboration and partnership skills with key stakeholders regionally and globally. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: High School Diploma from an accredited institution required. 10+ years of professional work experience 4+ years of experience supporting and executive leader and/or team in and administrative capacity. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution preferred. Tech Savvy with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritize and perform a variety of tasks with little supervision and taking appropriate timely action.
