Manufacturing Process Engineer Vacancy Job Summary: The main function of this role is to ensure efficient manufacturing process solutions are set up and maintained within our Final Assembly Area. This includes new products, upcoming production changes and existing product ranges. Job Responsibilities: Ensure all manufacturing deliverables are completed and production setup is complete for new products. Calculate all metrics to be tracked and improved, through robust action planning. Continually review current manufacturing processes to eliminate further waste. Work with NPI Project Lead to deliver product releases both on time and efficiently. Drive projects to completion through thorough ramp up plan and robust action planning within Final Assembly area. Qualifications Experience Required: Have prior knowledge of working in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Technical Knowledge: Experience with Lean and assembly processes. Willingness to drive high 5S standards across a variety of areas. Investigate waste elimination and put actions in place to eradicate. Experience with Automation is desired. Soft Skills: Clear communication between multiple areas of the business is required. Ability to influencing others in orders to drive projects to completion. Concise project planning and ability to adapt to problems that may arise.
