1. Develop, plan, monitor and execute PS material category strategy, under the supervision of the Global Category Manager 2. Implement and execute on PS commodity sourcing strategies to effectively leverage PS Indirect spend. 3. Develop commodity strategies aligned with latest internal and external environmental, market and economic factors. Build and maintain organizational consensus and alignment to the commodity strategies. 4. Negotiate and manage key strategic supplier agreements, cost negotiations and relationships 5. Responsible to maintain supply continuity via risk identification and mitigation. 6. Develop positive relationships with suppliers and demonstrates Eaton’s ethics, values and philosophy. 7. Develop strong positive ethical relationships with suppliers & adhere to Eaton’s Code of Conduct. 8. Responsible for supplier reduction / tail spend suppliers 9. Ensure the monthly reporting/BSC update on time 10. Responsible to drive cost out to achieve SCM objectives and ensure CODB update on time. 11.Work with the PS Category Manager to identify cost, quality, delivery & inventory improvement opportunities. 12.Work with suppliers, accounting and stakeholders to resolve payment, service or supply discrepancies. 13.Place request for quotations and proposals as needed to procure items. Qualifications Bachelors in Engineering OR Supply Chain Management 7-9 years in Supply Chain Management preferably in Indirect Sourcing with categories like Professional Services (HR, Marketing, Consultancy etc..) Certification- Any certification in supply management like CPSM, CSM is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent knowledge with MS office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project) Conflict Management, Negotiation, Market Analysis, Ability to work under tough situations, High Impact Communication, Global exposure, tech savvy.
