1.Design OCM strategy with respect to Change management , Trainings & Communications and work collaboratively with different stakeholders across the organization to successfully deploy Ariba phase 3 & 4 2..Understand user requirements and current readiness of the change and develop training strategy , conduct training needs assessment, define the curriculum of the training, create detailed training plan and material. 3.Brand ambassador of the tool and present Ariba Guided buying in different forums to increase user adoption and to improve user experience of the tool 4.Network across site champion group across organization to conduct reviews/feedback and work closely with project team to define action items from the feedback 5 Manage the Decision gate committee milestone meetings for OCM 6.Supporting to bridge the gaps between all the teams of the project and drive as one team. 7.Should be strong in Data analytics skill to get meaningful decisions made out of numbers 8.Conduct change readiness to define firm Go- Live date in coordination with different teams/ support UAT/ warranty 9.Ensure projects meet their financial & operational goals (KPIs) viz cost out, cost avoidance, productivity gain and on time & accurate deliveries. 10.Act as a subject matter expert for OCM and overall Guided buying functionality to drive effective deployment of the tool 11.Drive customer engagement and satisfaction by meeting customer expectations and needs, meeting customer focused KPIs, understand VoC 12.Deliver training with innovative way and with use of Digital platforms. 13.Address customer escalations promptly with having sustainable solutions in place with the help of Why-Why, 8D, A3 approaches. 14.Monitor progress and achievements on projects. Provide timely status and reports to stakeholders. 15.Champions Continuous Improvement Culture through Kaizen, BPI, Process Improvement and Standardization 16. Flexible in attitude and approach in completing all the tasks assigned to the position & willingness to learn new skills as desired 17. Should act as SME, consulting and solution design expert - during the project deployment and tool functioning.
