2. Work time: . 8:30-12:00 13:30-17:00, Mon.-Fri.
3. Benefits:
Salary：depends on the back ground of the teacher
50 % of the monthly salary during the summer holiday. The summer holiday last for 3 weeks.
80 % of the monthly salary during the winter holiday. The winter holiday lasts for 3 weeks winter holiday.

4.Role of the English Teacher :
1. Take one on one or small group Montessori classes during the mornings or guide kids during their Montessori working hours;
2. Making teaching materials ?(in conjunction with monthly teaching ?themes)
3. Write monthly teaching report
4. Teach a new English song once a week
5.Take two English classes during the afternoons with two age groups(per classes lasts for about 30-45mins)
6. Changing monthly theme，
7. Attend parents- school workshops and conferences ( 2 times per semester)
8. Do some related work which is arranged after discussion
