The Business Analyst is responsible for documenting requirements pertaining to the products received from the users / clients with all scenarios and acceptance criteria and work with development team to ensure product is developed as per requirement. Responsible for the product requirement documentation from concept to definition to delivery. Provides the associated development teams with clarity on requirements and ensures completeness and consistency of the derived requirements within the part of the product. Do note that this will be a Contractual Role. Key activities: Collate stakeholder requests (explicit & implicit requests) Analyze and document requirements in a requirement document Derive and communicate Software Requirements to development team Create high quality Software Requirement Specifications Clarify development team's questions regarding features and requirements Analyze and decide defects to ensure smooth future releases Ensure quality by evaluating results of iterations and either approve/ accept or reject results based on Doneness criteria Support effort estimations of development teams. Internal Interactions: Product Manager, Project Lead, Quality Manager (s), Development Team (e. g. Scrum Master, System Analyst, Architects, Developers, Testers, etc.), Usability Team, etc Required Skills and Experience: B.E. / MCA / Graduate having an excellent academic track record Having overall 3-5 years of experience in Product Management role and should be adept in handling multiple projects Advanced knowledge of quality tools for Metrics data analysis and decision making Highly energetic and “Go-getter” Proven ability to independently plan and successfully execute multiple products based on business priorities Display of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex and cross-functional problems is expected Advanced knowledge of organization's business practices and problem resolution techniques.
