Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement à la direction financière, fonctionnellement au Directeur du site, et en lien avec vos homologues des autres sites de la division, vous êtes chargé de piloter la performance financière du site dans le respect des exigences internes et externes. Vos actions clés : Manager l’équipe Controle de Gestion et Comptabilité (3 personnes) Élaborer et suivre le Budget en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements Garantir la conformité aux exigences internes et externes (réglementaires, corporate, SOX…) Assurer les clotures fiscales dans les délais définis, et le reporting associé Assurer l’interface avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes Déployer les standards et bonnes pratiques de la fonction Piloter des projets transverses, avec un focus particulier sur l’amélioration de la productivité Participer à la mise en place de procédures, la capitalisation du savoir-faire, à la formation, et à la transversalisation des bonnes pratiques Êtes-vous ? Qualifications Qualifications: De niveau Bac + 5 minimum avec double compétence Comptabilité et Contrôle de Gestion Expérience de 2 ans dans une fonction similaire dans l’industrie. Une première expérience en cabinet d’audit souhaitable. Connaissance des réglementations SOX. Maitrise du français et de l’anglais indispensable.
