Hiring Now! Day One Benefits! Eaton's Electrical Division is seeking a full-time Machine Operator-I to work on 2nd shift. This position is located at our Highland, IL facility. The main responsibilities of a Machine Operator are to set-up and operate presses, press brakes and other machinery for the Cable Tray product line. In this position you will: Read blueprints and shop orders, use calipers, square, and tape measure for checking dimensions. Operate and setup production machinery. Be responsible for safety, quality, production quotas, and all documentation associated with product movement and confirmations. Physical requirements include but are not limited to the pushing and pulling of dies, positioning of full tubs and tub lifters for production access. Must be able to move, position, and/or lift parts or boxes weighing from a range of 10lbs – 50lbs. No relocation is offered for this position. Only applicants located within 50 miles of Highland, IL will be considered.
