As a Project Manager, you have the responsibility of managing multiple projects and teams engaged with an external business. Project plan and execution in accordance with the strategy Resource planning and time scheduling Contact person and liaison manager towards the customer and external partners Stakeholder management and communication Escalation management Risk management Project monitoring and reporting Team management and hiring Metrics tracking and reporting We don’t need superheroes, just super minds 12+ years of experience in managing complex projects as Project manager Knowledge and experience of project management and involved in the following area of responsibility in the project: Project organization and management, Project controlling and project reporting, Stakeholder management, Risk management, Organization and management of project team, Communication, and knowledge management Owns the responsibility of delivering the committed plans Closely work with external Business partners and stakeholders to align the goals as per the changing priorities Proactive in communicating and managing the risks Good understanding and experience on Agile and Lean principles Drive initiatives to continuously improve the process and product Strong commitment to obligations and objectives Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Good experience in project planning tools like MPP, JIRA etc Hiring new talents and training plan for the team Be active part of the Organizational initiatives Drive positive mindset and culture in the team We are looking forward to receiving your online application.
