Your Tasks and Responsibilities: Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards. Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes. Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety. Executes and/or organizes relevant testing. Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes. Develops necessary service levels to fulfill business requirements. Manage digital transformation with digitization and automation solutions including designing, developing, and maintaining local software applications using Digital and robotic process automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform. Your Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
