Eaton Mission Systems, formally Cobham Mission Systems, is seeking an Executive Assistant at our growing Orchard Park, NY facility. The Orchard Park facility has approximately 400 employees and is a leader in the design, manufacture, and test of high precision Aerospace components. Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Orchard Park Leadership Team by providing high level administrative support including clerical support, receiving clients and visitors, arranging travel and correspondence, and scheduling meetings. In this function you will: Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the site leadership team and/or other assigned leadership staff. Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, presentations, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Arranges travel and accommodations. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, updating metrics and performing basic bookkeeping. Coordinates customer, supplier, and corporate visits to the Orchard Park facility. Performs additional duties as assigned. When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited institution and 6+ years of administrative related experience OR HS Diploma/GED and 6+ years of administrative related experience 5+ years of high level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 3+ years managing multiple projects/activities Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee or Refugee. No relocation will be offered for this position. Only candidates who reside within a 50 mile radius of the Orchard Park, NY facility will be considered for this position.
